In 2004, Franklin Forte a Cuban exiled at 22 years old founded 10-4 Truck Parts in Miami, serving the growing business of the truck transportation industry. With his vision of facilitating customers the way, they buy replacement parts for their units, bringing to the customer what they call “dealer items” into the friendly and regularly visited store was the unique formula of success. Having OEM brands at the price of an aftermarket part store, one more time make the perfect recipe that set apart of all their competitors in the one of the most competitive areas in all United States. With the idea of expanding the coverage of areas, an acquisition of another location took place to server customer throughout Florida and Latin America in all truck and trailer parts needs. The new acquisition was a family own business located on the same place since 1985. What is more impressive is that it was the first business that Mr. Forte’s start working as a “parts stock guy” years before. 10-4 Truck Parts recently add another store and a 37,000 plus square feet. warehouse for easy restock of their continually growing retail and wholesale business. Now they have the capability to serve any size customer more quickly and efficiency complying with their idea of offering the best customer services in the industry.
